I recently visited 2 local AMP's. The first was EZS in Troy. Got a very good massage from Cici. She was very thorough and attentive. I enjoyed the backrub immensely. She took care of business on the flip and offered roaming UTC w / out me even asking. I also went to AGS in downtown Albany. Definitely the nicest AMP I've been to on the inside. Massage was mediocre, but got the job done before and after the flip.

I went there just once, maybe 3 years ago? After reading some good reviews here. My experience sounds similar to yours, it was OK, but nothing distinguished about it in any way.
I have seen Cee Cee in Troy quite a few times, the good thing about her is the experience is pretty consistent. Alot of people like a little variety, and try different places (as I do), but sometimes just want to see someone where you know what the experience will be.
Have been out of circulation for awhile due to covid, but now that I am vaccinated, will start going back to AMPs again. Cee Cee, Fuller, and Smile Spa in Rotterdam on the radar in near future. Maybe you Spa, which I have been to many times, but a bit distressed over some reports of them asking for tips up front. I always hate that.
