Many, many other members have shared their findings, experiences, and thoughts on the boards, and this collective info goes back a number of years. This 'body of knowledge' (no pun intended) constitutes a great trove of information, readily available to any member, whether Senior or Regular. Go back and skim page after page for an hour or two, to see how people decide whether someone is legit based on her online presence. Google everything: phone numbers, pictures (learn to use image search), then Google all of your results. First is that the average provider sees a lot more clients than the other way around. And a couple of bad experiences with a particular race or age range can unfortunately quickly transform into a rule that she doesn't want to see those clients. She may not be prejudiced in her non-hobby life but just sees it as a safety / business decision.

Second point is that the hobby doesn't generally attract the most educated, well-adjusted and emotionally stable slice of the female universe.
