But for the sake of correctness, it looks pretty clear to me that "nasty fucking growth" in the pic is actually her bottom lip, and the bottom of her tongue with her tongue piercing coming out & showing, not a growth. Tell me if you see it the same way.

I was going to get on the Mass pike off of Route 5 and had to avoid a girl jumping over the barrier trying to run into the Shell station.
