Was on the prowl Tuesday after 2 am. Made my typical loops around the circuit and found myself on fairhaven St and I came across cupcake. I'm thinking you were on Route 40 in Highlandtown when you made the scoop. That's where the McDs and Executive Inn are. In my experience the Executive Inn is a snake pit. Lots of very shady types there. A girl told me that years back it was raided by the DEA. They even left a agent at the front desk to make sure management did not call the room they were raiding to warn them. Very sketchy place.
