Hello everyone! I have closely followed this thread closely for some time and thought that I would finally jump in and share. I have made more than my share of mistakes in this enticing endeavor (both before I discovered this thread and sadly, some even after). I have seen what you've described with regular dates / FWBs, strippers, etc and I've heard that is the common background of most pros, but my own personal experience so far with SB's has been "spoiled by daddy, need to replace him" kind of thing. Revvo. My typing is a little bit hindered on this laptop (I'm traveling), so grammar may suffer. At this point I have come to believe that this thread is mainly about two things. The first is learning how to source, acquire and maintain a SB. The second is how to do it on the cheap. I have been an obsessed collector most of my life. I have collected many things. It always starts out the same. There is an initial rush to get a coveted item and you overpay to do it. There will always be other collectors that can outbid you and some things you can never afford (even if they are at bargain prices for what they are). This type of collecting is no different. This site has easily cut my collecting costs in half. The quality of my collection has gone up overall and there are things I can't have due to financial constraints and also the willingness of others to pay more than market value (I call it auction fever).

There is also another factor which is unique in the fact that the coveted item herself has a say in the perceived value (paintings, guns, knives and baseball cards don"t have an opinion). The SD sites are acting as default auction houses. The only difference being is that they only get a listing fee and not a percentage of the proceeds (they have a word for people that do that). After 5 years of dedicating myself to this hobby full time I am basically at the hoarder level. The only way to increase the quality of my collection is to pay more. Spending more time on trying to find wild bargains isn't going to get me the variety and quality I am really looking for in the time frame that I wish to accomplish it.

But for now I am going to stay at the quality level I can afford and still be able to get sex daily. I am not ragging on or unhappy with every girl I see. But having the addiction of more makes me continue to plot and plan on how I am going to accomplish my mission (finding hotter girls with better sex skills that don't annoy me at prices I can afford). Although I do not believe I have a addictive personality I do have an impulsive personality. And I do find myself in bouts of hoarding too many collectibles and spending way too much money or time at this hobby.

As an interesting aside I have learned quite a bit about Oxytocin lately and its effects on humans. Briefly Oxytocin is the pleasure chemical in the human brain and many men especially older men do not produce enough of this. And good sex is a really good way of getting it.
