I contacted her, and her communication skills need help. She would answer me back and forth for a few minutes, then disappear for 10. Then back again. She's at a decent W. Knox location. Once the appt was set, she was within 5 minutes of that, and that's a plus in my book. I hate waiting. Very friendly, good conversation. She doesn't look like the pictures.
