Had a half hour appointment scheduled with Natalie today. I called them from their parking lot 2 minutes before the appointment was to start, and no answer. Called 1 minute later, and no answer. So, I walked up the stairs and knocked on their door, and no answer. So, I kept calling each minute for 10 more minutes, and no answer. So, I bailed and saved myself $100. I never heard from them, either by email, voice mail, or text, as to what happened. Guess they don't need my business.
