A lot of that middle class is moving out of the city and it's because of the threat of being the victim of a serious crime like getting robbed or murdered and not because people are upset about massage parlors. I agree they focus where they do because it's more profitable and less dangerous. There also may be an element of political correctness involved because they can't be accused of being racist if they are arresting middle aged white guys in massage parlors. The way things are going, I see the tax base drying up and big cutbacks in the police in the future when there's no money. They won't have the manpower to monitor commercial sex then and there will be lots more of it. So by wasting time trying to stamp out commercial sex now instead of dealing with serious crime, they are just bringing on the day when they are out of jobs and there is more commercial sex than ever.

All about more revenue. Less cops running down killers and rapists and more pulling in potheads and johns.

Been by high school road a few times. I never see anything posted about it. Anyone have any info they can share via PM? In my three visits over two weeks it was nada, BUT the second time the girl lifted my towel and stared at my junk a minute, but wanted no part of any follow through. Weird.
BTW, went to the lace in Noblesville. It's obviously part of the group that runs 55th place and 96th street. Exact same technique at each place. And no extras ever, despite sensual massages.

Stopped by new spa off E $1 President. Declined the table shower and opted for an hour at $60. Greeted by by nice mid 20's lady (6-7) and shown to a room. Clean but smelled like previous residents may have had cats. Decent oily massage, but no touching or extras. (my 1st visit so YMMV) Probably won't repeat.

They come in from out of state, usually very far from out of state, work 6 months to a year at a spa, and then go back home. When they feel like making money again, they may go back to the spa that they worked at or find another one to work at. They do this for two reasons, first they don't want friends and neighbors back home to find out what they were really doing while they were out of town, and second, they don't want any of their overly satisfied or dis-satisfied customers to know where they live and make their life a living hell.
