Tammy is a blonde running around behind Burger King on 33st & 38th Ave N. She said she lives in the apartments directly behind the BK and that is where I dropped her back off.

This is the critical moment before they actually approach and begin questioning you. Give her your real namd and by all means get hers and get your story straight. You are merely giving her a ride and tell her to stick to that story should you two be separated for questioning. Let her know they may tell her you ratted her out and be advised they may do the same to you but it is their trick to get one of you to confess that a crime has occurred (they only need one of you to say money exchanged hands for sex or that it was discussed and then you both go down). If neither of you admit to any wrong-doing and if you agree (and you do not have to) to a search and neither of you are found with any contraband and a warrant check and vehicle check comes back clean, they will have to let you go but it all depends on how you and the lady respond.

Keep your head on a swivel and you can avoid this. Don't linger when dropping a lady off and try not to do it in the middle of the street.

They are allowed, and in fact they are trained to do so, to lie to you in the course of an investigation. They'll do almost anything to 'turn' one of you. Don't trust them when they tell you that your friend admitted to the both of you doing something unlawful. They are nearly always lying to trick you into confessing, and then they just might arrest you when you do in fact admit something illegal. They're trained to be cutthroat scumbags. Don't fall for their crap. Bottom line is get your story straight and stick with it. Don't let them intimidate you into an unnecessary confession!

It's best to not get lit up in the first place. Always be careful when picking up or dropping off a lady. Don't attract the attention of the pigs.

A few nights back, I'm leaving an end of business day appointment in St. Pete and take the scenic route North on 4th. Around 22nd, I spot a young blonde. The laws are complicated. We're not attorneys either. My attorney warned me during the first time if I acted like an attorney and opened my mouth, he'd dump me. I'll give you his name via PM to senior members. He's a darn good attorney. He was VERY clear, under NO circumstances do you speak at ALL without me present.

Look guys, I got busted after getting caught with one of these girls going down on me after I picked her up. I immediately asked for my attorney and refused to speak. There's not a single benefit you EVER get for talking to the police. The girl talked so there was nothing I could do anyway. But here's the crucial part. They actually witnessed the act. I was caught outside of a hooker's residence another time and questioned, and I admitted to paying her to have sex after meeting her off the internet. And I was absolutely blasted drunk, and no DUI! Guess what, according to the same attorney, so what. You can't get busted for solicitation without a witness to the act and an exchange of funds or a witness to you actually requesting sex for money. They never saw it!

I don't EVER want to have that experience again. Sticking to the girlfriend story, I'm willing to bet if you had said nothing and asked if you were being detained or free to go they would have let you go anyway for lack of evidence, regardless of what she said or didn't say. If you're being detained, what in the world is the benefit of speaking? You could have told the same story with your attorney present even if you had been arrested. You can also be prosecuted for lying. I'm just glad we're not in California. Their laws are so strict you can be charged with solicitation for just talking to a prostitute.

Late one night I was meeting a girl from one of the strip clubs at my hotel on Ulmerton. I had seen her before and we knew each other, and I knew her neighbor too. Her neighbor dropped her off, and they were arguing in the car. I walked over to her car and the Largo cops pulled up. They immediately split us up. The neighbor was a jerk, but he didn't cause trouble. Although they split us up, I mentioned loudly that we were meeting to go to the new batman movie and she heard me, so we had our stories straight. The cop kept asking over and over if I ever gave her any money for anything. She and I both denied, so eventually they gave up and left. But I had to hear a lecture about the hotel being a place for drugs and prostitution. They took my I'd and we stood in the parking lot for almost 2 hours. I did not tell the truth about how I met her. And that apparently was the only thing we disagreed about, but the cop kept saying I lied to him, and just kept questioning me over and over.

Then he searched her car (I think she gave him permission) and he did not find anything. No real harm done, and thankfully she had enough sense to not say anything negative either. If I had it to do over, I would have said that I met her in the club. Other than that, it was just a very unhappy experience. But I concur that the first thing they do is split you up. The way he kept asking me if I ever gave her money for anything made me think that if either of us said yes, we would be down at the police station pronto.

Started driving around at about 11pm last night. Leos were on the usual routes so it was dry for a few hours. Decided to keep going and finally everybody started coming out.
