There are some posts around about flaky girls getting the boot. At this place management cares enough to cull the herd of unreliable staff.

As for Vanessa I can forgive that she gained a few pounds since her debut. Her abilities more than compensate. I've had some pleasant afterglow conversations with her that made me wish I were somewhat younger and had met her in a civilian situation. I'm sure there are others here who feel the same way. As for the dissatisfied customer, off days do happen, of course no one wants to be the guy who shows up that day.
