There's too much mis-information or misunderstanding from information on the web about stds, let alone on a monger forum. A lot of info is out of date due to increasing resistance. I'm not meaning to single you out, but using or dispensing Ciprofloxacin or Azythomycin from an online pharmacy is bad advice. It's possible to treat Chlamydia online. Azythromycin is acceptable, but first line treatment is Doxycycline. You should not treat Gonorrhea online with Azythomycin, you need to also have a Ceftiaxone injection. Online places offering to treat gonorrhea with Azthromycin alone are not following cdc guidelines and probably offshore. Gonorrhea is largely resistant to Azythomycin. It may temporarily reduce symptoms, but you can be contagious, and it will probably come back. Cipro is practically useless against Chlamydia and Gonorrhea in 2022. If anything it can prolong infection. Then there's the issue of people who are infected but asymptomatic, spreading it without even knowing. It's hard to reliably trace an infection just because you started having symptoms 7 days after you saw a girl. At least if you are active in this hobby. Unless you can say you're familiar with, and understand the various different std tests, their Sensitivity, and Specificity, testing periods, and incubation periods, and transmission rates of the various std's, and know complete exposure history for previous month, it's hard to accurately pinpoint when and who infected you, or who you could have infected. If you only saw one person in the previous month, sure that's easier. Something like trich has an incubation period of 4 days to 4 weeks. And is frequently asymptomatic. You could have been exposed 3 weeks ago, test negative, have no symptoms, but actually be infected, and give it to a significant other because you thought you were clean. I was once notified by a girl that she tested positive for Std A (probably more honest than most girls and mongers), she got tested because a monger accused her of giving her Std B, she tested negative for Std B, LOL. Interestingly I tested negative for for Std A.

Be skeptical of medical advice you read here. Even what I just wrote, LOL. Get tested routinely (online is mostly fine for testing). But nothing is 100% safe in this hobby. Take precautions based on your personal risk tolerance. But if you need treatment, go see a doctor or go to a clinic.

I'm pretty sure there's been extremely few (if any) confirmed cases of AIDS having been transmitted through kissing or oral sex. Saliva doesn't really carry the virus. Raw sex has some risk associated with it, but again. HIV is very uncommon among straight people, and it's pretty rare that it's transmitted from a female to a male partner.

If I were you I would seriously research STD's and how bad some of them are like Hepatitis B, Syphilis etc. You will catch something eventually if you don't already have something.

But there are a dozen online telemedicine options, too. Just Google it. Insurance covers prep thanks to the lgbtq lobby, and the manufacturers all have coupons, too. If you ever BBFS an IV drug user, strongly consider it. As other posters have mentioned, your liver and kidneys need to be healthy, prep drugs are no joke.

It won't protect you from everything, but it's a start.

Get tested for all the others at least once a quarter, if not more often.

Or wrap it up every time, all the time, even for oral.
