It's funny that you brought up this subject, because I was going to touch on it from the other perspective. Just recently , my friend saw someone off BP. My usual drill is to drop by a branch of my health club/fitness center before a date. I don't have a high intensity physical job, but you never know.

BTW, another thing that would be nice at the provider's end would be simple types of soap.
