Look at the police reports of the July an June busts an you see the same age level of the SWs. i think they are less cautious then there under 29 bretheren. i think alot of the under 29s are arrested randomly each week without the publicity of the stings hence less girls on the street.Before June it was crazy at times an just a matter of time before neighborhood complants were heard.
