Both times you were clearly informed she has issues. Not only that, all you had to do was RTFF and do your homework.

My report from Feb warned you of the smell that you experienced (I've been told that it's Meth related?) and then my advice from March specifically advised you to pass. I don't see how you can get much more recent that that. As far as the good report goes, as always YMMV. Maybe he visited her on one of her few better days.
Sad thing is, the pictures you referred to, are less than a year old and she really did look like that when most of us first stated seeing her. When at her prime, she was defiantly the best around for a short period of time.
