First, I'd like to say Hello,, to all of ya out there. I am from Wash. DC and have just moved here a few weeks ago. I drive a cab here in Pinellas County.

ANYWAY. Thought I'd give my first report on this board about a BSW named Sarah that I met last night. (Thanksgiving. Who'd have thunk.) I was sitting in the parking lot of the Comfort Inn (34th St & 13th Ave N) playing a video game and waiting for a call so I could make some money.

In the car our conversation turned to working girls.come to find out (or so she said) she has recently moved here and has started "working"

Bottom line. BBBJCIM & Swallow. Very talented for $20. FS was $40 and she supplied the protection! She also said fetishes were available. I did not partake. She says she is out from the afternoon until 9 or 10 PM. Anyway. Pretty good time for a newbie in St Pete.

11/25/06 22Ave N thru 62 Ave N on 34th St 0900 - 1100

Spent most of my time "racetracking" this stretch of road. I spotted several persons that strongly resemble SW recently mentioned by other members. However, I did attract the attention of an almost Hispanic looking girl around 22nd Ave. She was walking thru a parking lot...I follwed for a little while and she finally figured out that I wasn't looking for an adress. She came over and asked if I was looking.

As I said, she is almost Hispanic looking. Her nose is pierced and she has black hair. She has a cross tattoo on her right arm....at least I think it was her right arm. Anyway...it's on her lower arm and is visible if she's wearing short sleeves. She was wearing jeans, a white belt, sneakers, and a mostly blue top.

She says she's staying at the Economy Express on 7th Ave...and she wanted to go there for F/S. When we got there, the door she said was hers was surrounded by some suspicious looking guys...so I declined to go in. She got back in the car...we went elsewhere.

BBBJ w/ your choice of finish was $25 or $30. FS was $40. I opted for the CIM option...it was OK but have definitely had better. She is friendly, though. She can put a complete sentence together.

I dropped her at the Amscott near the Comfort Inn. (I never caught her name clearly, something like Traci or Tiara, something like that. Anyone know?)

Was heading home from Gandy amd wend down 4th street. I saw a young 29 y/o blond, Andrea she was thin (I know they all are) on 4th and 28th walking. I pulled into the Post drop and stopped she came over. I offered her a ride wen went to Mangrove Golf Course Parking lot. BBBJ, she was slow almost teasing the worked me over again then teasing. I finally blew and she took it and licked the head afterwards. Then she started laughing and I asked why, she told me she forgot the money. She asked for $30 but I only gave her $25. Found out from a provider leo has cameras in this area that are so sensitive they can read your lips, trolled around there yesterday before I knew this and saw a smokin red headed spinner, just happened to wind the window down and was going to ask her if she needed a ride, and as I looked there were 2 marked st p leo's under the trees across from taco bell, all I said to her was how ya doin and got the hell out of there. Then saw a gorgeous biatch in all leather walking up 4th av, figured sting bait, finally met up with hispanic looking girl staying at a local hotel around 32nd av n, very good oral skills for 30. There are 3 ho's staying there in the same room, I'd bang anyone of them, need more nfo pm me, be safe esp around that 5th av.

They may have cameras, but they don't have the technology to read lips. Such technology exists, but it's only become available in the last few months and the police certainly don't have it yet. (It was used recently to decode what Hitler was saying in those videos Eva Braun took of him at the Berchtesgaden, but I don't think it's commercially available yet, and is probably very expensive.)

Most providers are full of shit anyway.

I spent a couple of hours in this general area this evening. I even parked my car and got out to see if I could spot some of these cams. No sign of them. The PD were restless, though. A couple of times they had some multi-unit busts of one sort or another. (One of them by the Taco Bell and the other in the vicinity of McDonalds. Both times they came tearing out from behing the Budget Inn.

I saw a couple of sure things, but no contact was made. One of them was a BSW. Long (almost blonde hair). Kind of thin, with pants that looked like they were painted on her.

The cameras you guys are talking about are located on top of the pole on 34st 5th ave N-in front of chevron. What they are exactly used for is unknown but I do know similar ones are used for traffic enforcement or monitoring by the po-po..

Next time your at the intersection of 34st 5th ave N look way up at the white globe in front of chevron gas station and you will see it. They have them up in different spots around town.

Just becareful and dont p/u on the main 34st.. Let the SW walk off the beaten path...

These cameras are used to monitor traffic flow and recorded monitoring for certain collisions. Florida legislators and representitives have not allowed the use of cameras to issue violations.

The camera's resolution is certainly sharp enough to display vehicle tag numbers. Florida will someday be added to the states that allow ticket cameras, but for now the cameras are used to "monitor" areas (i.e. snoop).

There is no way LE can monitor all cams at once. Cameras on the street corners aren't going to snag mongers. Maybe the people monitoring the intersection will see alot of "suspicious" activity and send in the patrol cars, but we will never be charged based on images from a security camera.

Let's say I pull over and invite someone into my car. We drive away and an officer pulls my vehicle over. I haven't commited a crime

The officer might have just cause to pull me over. What he witnessed was a female who he knows to be a prostitute enter a males vehicle in an area that is "infested" with drug dealers and prostitutes. What he witnessed was "Suspected"; he has "Just Cause" to investigate.

So he turns on the Christmas tree lights and you pull over...
LESSON 1: DON'T ADMIT TO ANYTHING - EVER!

The officer probably will leave you in your vehicle and ask your young friend to step to the back. Depending on the SWer and your relationship with her she's going to do one of two things. LIE is one of them. She DOESN'T want to go to jail. And if she get arrested she would appreciate it if the officer charges her with the minimal statute. She likely to cooperate with the officer. So if the two of you talked pay-for-play she'll "implicate" you.

Hopefully you just said hello and didn't get into any $$$ yet. As far as you're concerned you haven't done anything illegal. The officer isn't stupid. He knows you haven't broken the law - and, he knows exactly why you picked up your new female "friend." HE will start a little speach about prostitutes, drug dealers, STDs...yada yada yada... and inform you that your new friend has been arrested numerous times for prostitution and possession...Don't answer anything but, "I haven't done anything wrong. I just offered her a ride...she looked like she needed a lift." REMEMBER - THE OFFICER IS CONDUCTING AN INVESTIGATION.

So let's say you just picked her up; she hops in, does a Jimmy check and the two off you start talking half-and-half, ben - jackson and abe...and then the cop take you down. I'd be real worried about then 'cause she's not going to attempt to lie her way out of it to save your ass. You're both probably going for a ride. If she's lucky with minimum charges if she's not holding any dope. If you're lucky it will be your 1st offense - it still will hurt your wallet.

LESSON 2: THE COP ISN'T YOUR FRIEND Don't give him (or her) too much information. If your friend hasn't already admitted to "solicitation" or your "offer to" then all the officers can hope for is for you to ADMIT YOUR GUILT.

If your friend has already "implicated" you, the officers are probably trying to get you to implicate yourself. KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT! DON'T ADMIT ANYTHING! EVER!!!

Even though she's a known prostiute her accusation alone might get you arrested - it might not get you charged. You might be released without charges at your arraignment. If both of you admit your involvement your both in trouble and will probably be charged.

LESSON 3: DON'T ACCEPT PLEA DEALS (Unless your counsel advises you to) Worst case scenario...you get arrested, prior to your arraignment an ADA (Assistant Disctrict Attourney) might offer you a plea deal. He might say something like, "The arrest report indicates you admitted offering money for sex...If you accept this plea and sign here you can go home in about two hours." If you accept what the ADA just did was clear hours of work from the schedule and increased their conviction stats.

What the ADA doesn't tell you is that there is avery good chance the magistrate at the hearing will accept your plea of not guilty and release you. The only witness against you is a prostitute. She probably doesn't have a permanent address and chances are she won't be in custody when you trail is scheduled, so the likelyhood that she will be around to testify against you is practically nil.

My learned advice: Don't talk business until you know your in the clear. I've been stopped twice since 1989 once in Miami and once in Broward County. The Miami experience sucked, i got arrested, my car got impounded, 2-1/2 day wait for my arraignment, $900 for an attorney and two court appearences to clear the matter up. In 2001 BSO let me off with a warning - there was absolutly nothing they could have done couse we hadn't talked business and I had smartened up.

I don't pick up streetwalkers much anymore. The quality has gone way downhill. But this is excellent advice and since I got popped a few years back in a sting, it's advice I've followed. I've been pulled over one other time since and I uttered the following words: "5th Amendment". I was very soon on my way.

I recommend saying "5th Amendment". The fact is that you don't have to say ANYTHING. Nothing at all. Not even "She looked like she needed a ride." Nada. Zip. Zero. You don't have to speak to the police AT ALL. It's your Constitutional right to shut the fuck up. And "5th Amendment" makes them rapidly and instantly understand that you know this right.
