They have drug habits, are high volume / low price, and do BBFS and DFK with anybody who asks.
Not saying not to do it, but I don't think "safe" is a criteria I would use here.
If your looking for BBFS, I'm sorry to be the one to break it to you but if your looking for Safe Sex you shouldn't be engaging in this activity. Especially at the low price point as Jinurso pointed out; there's a high probability you'll catch something. You can't unfortunately tell if someone has a STD just by looking at them, even by looking at their Vagina. Your best protection if your engaging in this activity could be a foul smell from their Vajajay. If you smell that, and you can still get it up. RUN!!
There's no real good answer for this. It depends on a lot of factors: which department is arresting you, which code you're being charged under, whether the cops had a shitty day or happen to be power tripping dicks, and even something as bullshit as the color of your skin. Cook county used to post mugshots online of guys busted for solicitation, and it was basically all Hispanic and black guys with a few foreigners thrown in. If you want to know the actual municipal code or state law, those can be found and read online, as can the SESTA and FOSTA garbage.
I understand what you're saying. I bet you the black and hispanic guys just had no money / couldn't bail out easy. I know the actual municipal codes, but I was looking for some use cases. For example, theres a municipal code for battery charges but if you pay a lawyer and go through the system without having a record you usually get off with a slap on the wrist. Same thing happens with other misdemeanors that "can" give some sort of penalty if the judge decides to throw the book at you. Typical use cases would be nice.
I appreciate the info either way.
I've heard some guys just get a $1000 ticket and get their car towed. I'd rather have that, than actually get arrested and have mugshots online etc.
IANAL - (I am not a lawyer) - but I believe in Cook County it's something along the lines of:
It's a Class A misdemeanor (soliciting and / or selling) unless it's within 1000 ft of a school, with a minor or mentally disabled person those are felonies. Class A misdemeanor has a max penalty of $2500 fine and up to 1 year in jail. Repeat offenses used to be a felony but they eliminated that.
You could be ticketed rather than arrested. Ticketing is usually a lesser penalty like up to 6 months in jail, lesser fine, community service, etc.
No idea how one gets ticketed rather than arrested I think it's up to the discretion of the arresting officer.
Oddly enough if you actually go through with the act of prostitution (ie. You actually bone the girl, get a HJ, etc) rather than just soliciting then it's a felony.
What penalties actually get handed down in court is another matter. Courts don't have the bandwidth to make a big deal out of trivial cases so unless you are involved in some real shady shit or have a long rap sheet you'll likely get a slap on the wrist. Or probably nothing at all given that Kim Foxx has been especially lenient she'll let anyone off the hook these days rather than prosecute for minor offenses (ie. She decided that in IL you can shop lift under $1000 of stuff and you won't get prosecuted so cops barely even bother responding to those calls anymore. 😂).
Guys, what are the typical penalties if you get busted for soliciting?
I have been curious. I figured this may be the right place to post this.
I asked this question in texas. Because its a red state I figured the consequences would be minimal.
Thats actually not the case.
Also, what states have the lowest penalties for this?
I posted this twice to get exposure so I get the most visibility and get the best answers.

I just wanted to pass on something that happen to me recently.
I was recently with a provider who actually talked about the reviews on this board, and even mentioned some people by screen name. She opened up this site and filtered the reviews to show me some of her reviews. She talked about how she knew providers who ask mongers for good reviews and promise discounts or extras if they leave a positive review.
I just wanted to pass this on so that everyone keeps this in mind when with a provider. I don't want anyone to stop passing on information. I know I regard reviews from certain mongers on this site higher then others.
Stay safe everyone!
Fake reviews don't work here. Bullshit relays better on the other forum.
Looking back through old posts, there have been discussions about spots on Lincoln, which is probably closest to me in terms of motel options. Can anyone make recommendations for cheap spots to rent for 2 hours and ideally north of the Loop? I get that asking for cheap also means putting up with a space that rents by the hour, but ideally a spot that doesn't smell like smoke, shit, or death would be good. And where the car won't be broken into when I leave.

These are decent places, prices are much cheaper than their normal rates. If you are looking for $25 rate though, not going to see that.
Fake reviews don't work here. Bullshit relays better on the other forum.
I get offered that and accept only if my review is honest. It's the time commitment she's compensating me for, not just the good words. If a provider sucks, why would I come back even for free?
Just the short form:
It looks like ivermectin is even better than hydroxychloroquine. I'm taking it prophylactically.

When I book a room I go in person with cash. If you married guys are booking a room with a credit card the wife is going to find out on your credit card bill. Big mistake!

I would like to take a moment to thank A2 & Company for this forum as well as my fellow hobbyists for their contributions.
This is the only forum FOR mongers. This community does a good job of keeping one another safe and of exposing the bullshitters and promoters.
Happy Holidays and thanks again,
Thanks for the review, but unfortunately all of this information is pointless if you don't mention who you visited or what agency. Link or contacts please. Thanks.
My bad. I caught myself on the rant! The 2188 number apartment near Archer and 49th. Sorry for the mix up.
