There are other refineries that are in process of being converted to "renewable" diesel production because of the clean energy plan that I mentioned last post. Plus there is the fact that almost all of our production facilities are geared to sweet crude conversion which creates a huge part of the problem. Hint we cannot convert most of the fracking oil we extract. It is exported, because it takes more processes to refine it.

The later especially- the "KEYSTONE PIPELINE" shouting point from the Republicans- (which IS open and running, the section that is stopped was an extension) is tar sand oil. Not going to become gasoline anyway, which is why is goes to China for heating oil.
