My brothers,
I have been saying this, been in arguments over this same topic, and still have strikes on my account for it.
I agree wholeheartedly. I've been in this game for 20+ years and have mongered in dozens of countries across the globe. I'm only a regular member because I recently set up an account, not because I'm naive the way this stuff works. I would support any pact to set a lower price or withhold altogether. I stand by my previous statement, this is a hobby to most of us. If we don't pay, we either go find a **** in a bar, tinder, or just rub one out. If the dates don't happen, it means something completely different to 99 percent of these providers. For them it means no fix, and not getting that monkey off their back plus no renewal money on that pay-per-day roach motel. If we all set an upper limit of. 5-. 6 or just abstained for a set period of time, they would be begging is after 3 days and happily agreeing to the lower price. It's basic economics, any good or service is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it. Remove the paying customer and the product becomes worthless. There is people with entire storage sheds full of fidget spinners that know exactly what I'm talking about. But you're also correct, will we ever unite and stay away from the game long enough to make this happen? Definitely not, especially when there is mongers out there happy to pay 1.8+. Just my 2 cents, but what do I know?
I have been reading, participating, and learning for quite some time I see a lot of the OG mongers in here telling people don't overpay but the only way that these girls are I'm ever going to realize that this service is about us not them. That they're overpriced right now even the least among them thinks that they can still charge the best price it's ridiculous. So if every one of us agrees to not overpay they are going to realize what's going on but tell me this. How many of us are going to be able to cut back? LMAO. I don't think we could ever come together to actually do that. And I'm sure most members here do as well, but I believe the problem is partly that there are most likely a lot more customers that aren't educated like we are here and they are the ones overpaying.
I look at it this way. I'm sure 99% of members on here aren't the ones falling for the stupid scam ads on places like STG, but all day everyday they keep posting them. I can only assume that they do so because it works. If not you would think they would go away, and spend their time elsewhere..
