Nowatney, between Falkenburg and 579. The gas station at Williams is your best chance of seeing one standing around. Otherwise you can catch them walking. You will waste a lot of gas cruising this area with nothing or very poor quality SW to find. She looked mid 20s to 30 years old, but my guess might be way off because I never got close. I looped around and saw a guy pushing her cart north over the bridge on Nebraska.
