If not then so be it. If yes then bye bye. And yes, this has worked more than once..

Even so, SA might still choose to ban the girl. My concern, for you, would be that you risk being banned, yourself, for submitting obviously altered messages.

Suggestions are always YMMV. Not a concern. Never been an issue over the many years of SA use. If ever banned there is an easy work around to get back on Seeking in a few minutes with premium services. Do what's best for you.
