The irvine location might be, its clean and has the same dimly lit feel. I think its just some operator who is just copying what the asian houses are doing.

Anyone can go to any store and buy a cheap $25 visa gift card or whatever to pay to activate your HX account. HX provides a layer of safety and security, so a lot of bookers want to use it. I don't see any reason why a person would make extra effort to avoid using HX.

(they have more than one) They're clean and basically empty, and is brightly lit during the day because the windows aren't all blocked and blacked out the way they are with Korg locations.
