This is extremely well-written and totally accurate. It is given even greater profundity by being followed immediately by a new monger posting about being ripped off after sending a deposit to what he thought was a trusted provider. He broke the rule and paid the price. To build on D Nut's words, the guidelines are being paid for over and over again by members here who think they can ignore them "just this once" and not pay a price. If people paid attention - especially to the word NEVER - we would be not seeing such posts.
