We've shared moonshine, joints and alot of good times.
She texted me about yr and a half ago to call her right away. I forgot about it until it was too late and she changed phones. Now we don't have each others number. I'm sure she would like to see me as I would her.

The copyright does not grant him the right to publish a recognizable image of you taken in private, even with your consent, unless he can prove it (meaning, basically, that the consent is in writing). That's true whether or not he makes any money from the publication or not. Oddly, at least in terms of current law he's perfectly free to sell them, or to offer them for sale, but he cannot publish them. Here again, the agreement that something "is just for personal use" would be meaningless without a written guarantee. Your standing to sue would be based on your loss of privacy rights, not any real or imagined financial loss.
Of course in this day and age if anyone gets ahold of the pics, by whatever means, they could be in a million locations overnight. So if you're concerned about it don't allow it. Easy as that.
Hopefully some of you could help me out here. On NR there is a Shay that has an ad and the same Shay has a posting (today) on BP. I tried to search through theses forums to see if there are any reports on this provider and I don't see much. What I do see is for a Shay Shay which involves some controversy. Anyways if anyone has anything to offer about experiences with Shay, it would be greatly appreciated.

More information on picture background and number can be found on Backpage section for Indy. Definitely wouldn't touch this one.
