This would help the OP save some time on duplicates. I think that would be helpful, once the data is entered it wouldn't take long at all to delete the duplicates. I think it would be worth the extra time to do that.

After the various crackdowns you'd be lucky to find anyone truly < 40. The better best are agencies, which actually have gorgeous talent in their mid-20s and even rarer (around here anyways) talent like Japanese. But if you are a cheapass forget it as you are looking at 2x the typical capital outlay as an AMP. Quality over quantity I suppose. Plus you have the hassle factor of working with an agency. They check you out and the ones with the best talent are super paranoid. Once you go the agency route, its really hard to go back to an AMP.
