Oasis weekend nights
I went to Oasis once on a Saturday night back in November when I visited. The place was absolutely jam packed to the point where plenty of guys just had to stand, as there weren't enough seats. I don't like environments like that because it shifts the control in the favor of the dancers since they have plenty of customers to choose from. The dancers were definitely good-looking and there were 20 to 30 of them there.
People brag about the Atlanta strip club scene and, while I know I don't have enough experience in Atlanta clubs just from visiting Oasis, but the biggest problem that I saw is that the only dance options are a table dance or a VIP dance. The table dance is like 10 bucks a song and is full nude but is just a tease, as you typically are not allowed to touch the dancer if you pick the table dance, though she can get in your lap and touch you. The only other option is a VIP dance that is $100+ dollars for a set period of time. $100+ dollars is a lot to spend only to find out that a girl is a crappy dancer and won't let your hands roam. You need to know that before dropping the cash on a VIP dance but a table dance isn't going to reveal that for you. Thus the reason why Atlanta clubs need an option in the middle: a regular lapdance that runs $20 to $30 per song. That way, if a dancer is all talk and not any good, you can cut her off at the end of the 1st song without too much money lost. With the VIP, you've already dropped a fair chunk of change.
Oasis weekend Friday or sat nights has most times over 70 girls.
Speaking only for myself, I can figure out what's up with a $10 dance and I feel fortunate I don't have to spend $20 or $30 for the same intelligence.
Oh, & you can touch the dancers.
I tried touching my dancer's ass during my table dance at Oasis and she moved my hands off of her. So, I think it mostly depends on the dancer and I must have picked the wrong one. The other part that I don't like about getting a table dance at a huge, busy club like Oasis is that while you are getting one, all the guys around you that aren't getting one are basically just sitting there staring at you while you get a dance. Maybe its just me but its a little different. I like some privacy when I am getting a dance.
Oasis weekend Friday or sat nights has most times over 70 girls.
There were definitely a ton of girls that night, though I wasn't counting. Still, with the number of customers in that place on that Saturday night, the dancers had plenty of customers to choose from. It was absolutely packed and there were dozens of customers standing because there just wasn't enough seating to accommodate that many people.

That's why if you read the Atlanta sc forum you see the same clubs mentioned because those are typically the ones where girls typically break the rules and thus a better time is had. What you described is how clubs in some other cities such as Miami (a favorite of mine) operate. Of course in those cities they usually have legal lapdances which makes a big difference.

Atlanta clubs definitely need to offer a 3rd option that falls somewhere in between the table dance and the VIP from a price perspective.

LMAO.

RE: follies
Glad you enjoyed yourself. Frankly for overall value ATL is hard to beat in the States. I'll be traveling shortly to several other Southern states including Tennessee and a quick look at some other forums has me thinking I'll just wait till I'm back home. Money goes a lot farther here.
To me, it is worth the 50 bucks in gas to drive to and from ATL for some lapdance action. Bc 50 is what I would spend on cover and 1 dance around Knoxville.
1 club has a 2 drink minimum bringing the price to nearly 20 bucks before you tip or enjoy a couch dance. As I said, 2 4 1's are the best.
Only bad thing is the drive is 3 hrs one way.
But oh well, get up early, drive 3 hrs, spend some time at Follies, eat beforehand and afterward and drive home.
I would rather have 6 couch dances for 60 bucks than 2 dances for 80.
Plus two way contact.
Not saying I recommend the clubs in Ktown if you are from ATL. However if the urge hits. Try The Emerald Club on Clinton hwy. No touching but some very nice.
One way contact.
If you want contact, try MTMs up the road from The Emerald. However at MTM, the dancers keep their clothes on. But dances are 25 a piece.

Oasis
It has been several years since I have been to the Oasis, I went during a weekday and during the daytime. It took forever for a dancer to come up to me. I ended up with a table dance and left soon afterward.
I have gone to the Pink Pony about 2012. Is it still open or have they closed?
I got to see Jesse Jane there. Really nice club and really hot dancers.
I went to Follies in April of 2015. Definitely a hard to beat place during the day. I heard night was different.

I'm currently in another Southern state where dances are $20 and I can assure you that I'm fucking these strippers at my place in the middle of the week on their days off when they're away from the pole!
I also don't show up at these clubs on the weekends competing with the fools tossing wads on stage! Pick your battles wisely!

For $10, you get the closest you can get to having sex with your clothes on. In VIP, you get to have sex with your clothes off. What does that leave? The Michael Jackson Special (All boys' pants half-off)?

I know that it happens a good bit at Follies (with daytime apparently being much better than nighttime). I guess it could be possible at Oasis during daytime with the right girl but I can't really imagine it happening on a Saturday night like when I went, as there is only a thin curtain for privacy in the booths and staff members were standing outside (I assume to collect everyone's money and to keep track of time).

Toya!
Does anyone know if Toya still works at Follies?

Oasis
Hit up Oasis on Thursday around midnight. Lots of dancers but only one or two I would consider dancing with. Was hoping for more after what I had read and heard of about Atlanta strip clubs. Paid the $$ to go behind the curtain, paid the $ to the table waitress so she would "leave us alone. " Not impressed and would not repeat for the $. Been cheaper and more fun to get a room and hire an escort.

There are at least 10 8. 5's in Oasis night shifts usually. Unfortunately a lot of times they are in VIP for hours or with their favorite customers. On sat / Friday night, sometimes they have 80 dancers, mostly white spinners (with a few spinner Asians, a few black gals and a few with some pounds). The best thing to do is to tip the waitress $10 and tell them what type of girls you like and ask them to bring them over. Like all strip clubs, the girls sometimes have their favorite customers and you may find some tables with a lot of hotties spending time with their favorites. You can go ask the girls there for a dance, but sometimes you have to wait. Good luck.

They all told me that what kind of service they can provide. Some of them also told me that it is better to make it clear before you jump into VIP room.
