No matter what they post as their rate I usually as them for a first-timers discounted Hh rate. It never hurts to ask. Depending on how they respond to your request, it will also give you an idea of there general attitude toward customer service.

Take some time to peruse the personal or commercial pages of the providers mentioned and choose one to you liking.
