Send the money by CashApp and before they can accept it / complete the deal go in, open the transaction and click on the three dots (upper right corner) and block them. That will cancel any pending transactions (the 1 you just sent that they didn't finalize) and will prevent them from sending future requests.

I'm not telling anyone to do this to screw them for no reason, just a remedy to them ripping off.
