UC LEO in silver chevy and light green saturn driving around the Portland area.

While I do not doubt the increased LEO presence in portland. I think it has more to do with the fact that all of a part of 25th was just busted by federal arthuorties for drug trafficking with reported connections to Mexico cartels. Thus the local LEO are showing force in that area. Still I wouldn't by pulling off in an ally for a BJ with a streetwalker in that area.
