Detective Koren Pacheco-Garcia is clueless. The reason they did not have passports (or more to the point didn't want to give them to her) is because of possible immigration concerns. They are not being held at will or forced into anything. All this detective did was hurt some women and their families. I can personally attest to the fact that these women make more money then most senior level while collar managers and executives. Did not charge her with any crime and told her to close her business. By the way the reviews of the place I am taking about has many complaints of the lack of extra service. It is unbelievable.
