No, I disagree completely with you when it comes to pricing. Everything is more expensive now so it makes sense that rates have gone up. We weren't destined to stay at the 160-200 price range forever. The biggest issue IMO is quality control. I feel like prices wouldn't be too big of a talking point if we knew the dates we're getting are good or not.

Twenty plus years ago, there were agencies who were charging 300.

If the prices are too high, work harder. Get a side hustle. There is still some semi decent talent out there. Just not in the over abundance as it was 20+ years ago.
