WhatsApp is very big in China, I would be wary of an Asian 'girl' who wants to use it. Telegram I have found is more common in Russia / eastern Europe. I am sure there are exceptions to every rule, there might be good all-American sugarbabies on the other ends of transactions on these apps, but often not. And even if you don't do something stupid and send $, you may waste a lot of time. There are lots of SBs in the world. Spend your time where you can actually bang one.

Others posted explanations in this thread of how sharing a real face picture gives away your identity. Pimeyes can use a picture thats never been posted publicly and figure out what public pictures are the same person. It found my medical practice bio using brand new selfies that I used as a test. It even worked with the one with sunglasses.
