Talked with an attorney today who said the new WS Massage Parlor and Bodyworks Ordinance will go into effect immediately. AMPs will soon be notified that they will have to have a NC state issued license and each girl will have to have a NC state issued license as well. The girls will have to have 650 hours of training to get this license. This will never happen. It was fun while it lasted!

Maybe because this was an early am appt. She was not on her game but she didn't seem to be into the game. The massage was actually pretty good with just enough oil.
