It was big, it was really clean, it had ample parking.

And it wasn't really near anything in an industrial area (I. E. Kind of isolated) so there was very little foot traffic around.

While the location wasn't ideal, it was much better than their short-lived Cicero Avenue annex which was busted almost immediately due to it being located next to a high-traffic streetwalker zone.
