I hope the phone you let her use was a hobby "burn" phone? I would be reluctant to have my number spread around in the Pharmacy community. Last thing any monger needs is LE attention generated by that element of things.

Also, I would reconsider being a nice guy and driving her around to cop or get her medicine. There is a concept in the law known as "constructive possession." While there are many nuances to it the bottom line is that if you are driving a girl around and LE finds "medicine" in your car you are going to be assumed the owner. Look, if she is street smart, at the first sign of an LE stop, she's gunna drop the "medicine" in your car. Now if the LE does a search of your car, because one hasn't watched and memorized the "Busted" video [or she leaves the stuff in plain sight]. When the drugs are found then the concept of constructive possession can come into play. Basically this means that unless someone in the car "man's up" and claims ownership of the drugs, then EVERYONE in the vehicle can be charged with possession! My guess is that LE is gunna charge everyone and let the prosecutor sort it out. Now while one might not mind taking a hit for a misdemeanor for solicitation or loitering, a felony drug charge is gunna be expensive to make go away.

Anyway, some thoughts to consider as one wanders the path of mongering.

First off thanks for the the help I received 3 pm for my Columbus trip met Amanda on sully after a couple passes, she was fair I would have passed if I had more time but I just wanted to sample some of your cities treats went to a notel that charged me. 55 bucks there are several notels in cincy that charges. 30 but the girl was nice took direction well did BBBJ doggy mish good time. I have seen this done in a court room. Its very easy.

Your prints are not on the container or bag. And theirs are. Its a no brainer.

Knowing how to get around such nonsense is 1/2 the battle.

I don't know how much CC exposure you are trying to avoid, but its pretty easy to get a decent hotel for about $30 around 161/71 through Priceline.

1. One gets arrested and has public information of the charges out there.

2. One has to hire and pay for an attorney to "get you off." It ain't gunna be free, unless your related.

So me thinks it more prudent to avoid the situations that might lead to arrest and to having to hire an attorney. But hey, that's just me.

Then one mentions not getting pulled over as a key. Yeah, that certainly avoids the whole situation. BUT if one does get pulled over, the better thing is to be armed with knowledge and NOT consent to a search! See the Busted video.
