Usually the requests that I get are just plain flat out requests for money once someone feels comfortable enough, its not even about a pretense of 'verification' or any such thing.
I clearly tell them 'end of conversation' I'm glad to be a FWB but not money for nothing, not what I'm hear for. Funny as soon as I do that some of them 'go-off on me' and I actually suspect some / many of them are guys posing as women just to scam horny stupid men thinking they're talking to a 20 yo college girl.

Does the frustration get outweighed by the benefits or do you end up back with pros? I understand that it takes more work than calling up a pro. Any input is appreciated.
The SB path requires more work but the rewards can be much better. My experience is that you have to do a lot of work on the SB path to find that perfect situation. I have 2 that are those "gems" that are not on the active market and worth all the time it took to find them. I have 1 other that wants to start an arrangement, I just don't have the time for 3. None want their info shared, I honor that request as I don't want my info posted anywhere. My SBs are available whenever I want them, no demons, showered and dressed as I like them, and spend whatever time I want, 30 minutes or 3 hrs. They are even both very reasonable on what they want from me. The pro route, much less work, but dreaming with a girl that has seen 2, 3, 4 or more others that day before me and stares at the clock or is not a GFE is of little interest. I don't like supporting habits and most of the pros have demons they are feeding. Figure out how to tell the pros, fake ads, and the time wasters minimize your time there and focus on the rest. May take a 1-2 months to find that gem, but well worth it in my opinion. Also, if you opening line is "how much to BLANK you", you are wasting your money on the SB sites. Build a rapport, go from there. I also do not pay for M&Gs or ever provide any assistance prior to both sides being satisfied.
