First a general description as a rough filter so you can use words like discreet, mutually beneficial, meeting for intimacy. I probably would avoid words like hook-up which while probably the most accurate for what you are looking for, carries a negative connotation with some of the ladies since the argument would be that you should be on tinder if you're looking for that. Once you start chatting, then I would get to the point without being too blunt or rude. Manners and courtesy should be observed but don't be wishy-washy. I never bring up the time issue. I just say what I'm looking for, ask what they are looking for, and work out the financials and logistics. Usually the girl will bring up the time when you discuss the finances or as you plan out the logistics.
