I keep the burner phone off 80% of the time and keep the ringer all the way off. I store it in a large messenger bag along with several other tablets and gadgets and if ever found its password protected and its my "backup phone for work". Which of course chontains sensitive information I can't disclose. I find that confidentially acting as though things are how they are because they are supposed to be that way has served me well for a long time. Making up stuff gives you too much to keep track of and trip over.
