I think the term means different things to different people. Kissing and a non-business-like attitude where you feel more connected during the time you are entertaining your friend could be the main hallmarks to some, while others expect some uncovered activities. I think the term GFE is the most broad term we use. It means so many different things to so many different people. And I doubt we will ever agree, or even agree to agree, on what it should mean.
