You have to also remember that "indie" doesn't necessarily mean quality. It could just mean that they don't want to be in one town too long because they don't want a bad reputation to stick and in many of those cases, they're "managed". Come back in a year, new pictures, new name, new number, no one's the wiser.
Girls who are serious about what they do and charge a lot usually see a couple of guys a day at most.
It's also important to keep in mind that YMMV is the rule of the game, not the exception. You might be able to afford a girl's donation, but if you go in looking like you haven't taken a shower or just look like you just spent the night sleeping on the sidewalk, don't expect much GFE. This is a big deal. A madam I knew back in LA said guys coming in who didn't smell good, brush their teeth or change out of sweaty clothes were a huge deal-breaker for her girls.
So shit, shower and shave, brush your teeth and chew some gum before you see a new girl. If you're paying top dollar for her, she's doing the same for you. If you can't shower before you get there, ask her to use her shower. I'm many cases, I've taken a shower before the session, but I'll take another one at her place so she'll know I'm clean.
I've always done all of the above, and it's paid me back with a much more pleasing experience.
As for the mainland thing: I agree. I think the guys here, who complain about paying anything more than the standard tip plus house fee are in for a rude awakening of supply and demand if LE continues to shut down the parlors.
Hard to get excited about a girl if you're picturing her enjoying a good sweaty time, as you put it, with 10 other guys a day. LOL.
On a more serious note, I think the future of mongering is going to be this. At the high end, posh escorts who put a ton of effort into their looks and incall ammodations, with their own sites, some of them even part of a network or with assistants that check up monger references, etc.
On the low end are the street hookers.
I think there will be very little between the two extremes, so yes, I agree with the second half of your statement. Hawaii is probably going to look more and more like the mainland. Mainland does have apparently (from a friend who is an actual SB) a much better SD / SB community though which we unfortunately lack.
