Some non pros are actually pros who just make up stories and hope that us mongers are too dense to figure out that its a blatant lie. But for the most part, non pros are a better experience because they have less rules.
And yes, there is power in sharing, but when you're lucky enough to get info, you have to be smart enough to screw things up for people.
