Someone would have to put an apartment or house lease in their name and the utilities would also have to be in someone's name and I don't think anyone really wanted to be tied legally to the house / apartment if something (LE) happened. A hotel room would make sense but I'm not sure how you would handle distributing multiple room keys to people.
If you want to convert some rooms I can easily make that a "hot spot". I know several around hickory hill and southwind area who are lookin to get money.

They usually only let you get 2 keys per room. We can find a spot to hide the two keys at around the hotel. Under a plant in the hotel or anywhere outside the hotel.

The Memphis Inn is right by the place that CD is talking about and I am sure it has notel rates too. I imagine the rooms in the place CD is talking about are probably better and cleaner, though I haven't stayed there.

They basically already know every single motel or hotel in the city that charges low rates or hourly rates, so what was posted isn't earth-shattering information.
