Does anyone else trust when a provider ask for payment thru cash app or PayPal? Seems like a scam and they are refusing cash donations. Any other methods to stay anonymous and send payment. I'm willing to risk it for the biscuit. But not at the cost of my identity being sent with it.

I have never heard of one turning down cash when meeting in person.

Be aware that she has quite a record.
