Fact is, a cop doesn't need to identify himself if asked. "Entrapment" has to do with tricking someone into doing something that they would not otherwise normally do. From [URL]Snopes.com[/URL]:

Fact is, it is the exchange of money in return for the illegal act that is the crime. The cops are allowed to lie. Do a google search for Snopes Are You A Cop and read up.
Meanwhile, what protects us here is the fact that they can't prove that we did anything. We can write about it online all we want, but the internet is full of fiction. A forum post is not a confession that would hold up in a court of law.
Here's why I disagree. Those of you who know about the mega hobby site " my red book " know that it was taken down by the feds a few months back. This was an amazing resource for west coast hobbyists and it's gone. My understanding is that the feds went after it when it became less a "guys posting imaginary stories" site and became explicit about what the acronyms meant etc. So I'm ok with codes that give even a bit of deniability.

A guy responds to a girl's phone number. He describes her, her height, weight, color hair, etc etc, He describes her room, her location, what she did and the amount he paid. Try telling someone it was all a dream. And if you do it multiple times with multiple girls you are going to have a hard time convincing anyone it was a dream. Do any readers here really think those postings are all a dream? Well, LEO doesn't either and any jury wouldn't either.
And if a girl got busted for something serious, don't you think that she wouldn't give up names, phone numbers, etc etc in order to reduce her sentence.

While I know who Admin2 is I've got no idea who anybody here is and if I don't know, nobody else can prove it but lets go with an assumption that some local DA has the resources to use the Hague Conventions to subpoena our servers (which are not in the USA) and believe me getting that subpoena is going to cost a fuckload of money. The servers by themselves are without value the need the principles as well. We aren't in the USA. Our developers are somewhere in Russia we don't even know where we pay them with pay pal, our server administrator is in yet a different country. But just for the sake of argument say they have gathered us all in a courtroom, server logs, IP addresses, don't forget they still have to subpoena your ISP to get yours and if you posted at a coffee shop well that's the end of that line.
Anyway so here's the big day, in court in sunny Milwaukee, yours truly is on the stand, here is my testimony;
DA: "Are you Admin2"
Me: "Nope"
Case closed.
Or say I decide to fully cooperate and tell them EVERYTHING I know about you;
DA: "Did a user named 'Iluvpussy' post that he had contractual sex with a prostitute known as chocolate bootie on a certain date."
Me: "Yup"
DA: "Can you point him out in the courtroom?"
Me: "Nope"

Unfortunately the sarcasm font didn't post quite right. I actually agree spot on with everything you've posted. Those points *should* be common sense in this hobby. I understand why some would find "dreaming" annoying. But for me, the important thing is that people who like to use that term feel more comfortable writing that way and I believe that they should be left alone. I see the criticism as people trying to modify other people's behavior to suit their own taste and that is just not right. If you look at the "dream" posts I'm sure you'll find the info you seek here and if I'm not mistaken, this site is for information exchange. If you find it so distasteful then don't read as someone else has suggested elsewhere.

Here they are over 50, Chinese, minimal English, minimal massage, and ball rubbing for assistance. San Jose you get a real workout of a massage and an enthusiastic, sensual ending by someone who knows how to handle the goods. West Valley Therapeutic Center was top notch. Spa in MKE should try to copy. So far I found one spa with one of the providers who can give you the San Jose experience. PM for info.

However, it was my understanding that Uncle LEO went after that hobby site because of something else that I'm pretty sure we're not allowed to talk about on the forums. If there's any question of a site crossing that line then it wouldn't surprise me if Uncle LEO got involved and it would be yet another good reason to NOT discuss said topic. Simple internet search on "my red book" should turn up what I'm talking about if you're not familiar. Maybe it was dispensing with acronyms and becoming explicit about everything that contributed; but, the news stories I've read point to something else.
