Heading to Atlanta very soon and want to hit the hot clubs. My question is if I am staying at the Marriott in Norcross should I drive or take a cab to the clubs. I'm not sure of cab costs and I have been told the traffic is horrible. It looks like Follies is 9 miles away but that could take an eternity and a lot of cash to go by cab. Any help is greatly appreciated. PM me if needed. Thanks!

Marriott in Norcross to Follies is not a problem as long as you stay OFF the interstates! Just take Buford Highway.
Also you may want to check out Oasis which is just down the street on Peachtree Industrial.

You could use Uber. If you have never used Uber I could give you a code and your first ride would be free. Cheaper than a cab as well.

Sign up for both and use one each way and go for free!

Club Peaches 1/16/15 - Arrived 10:00 pm, Left 11:00 pm.
I ventured on the "wild side" to Club Peaches on Friday night. Young, rough crowd, as expected. Security openly carrying firearms INSIDE the club. Everybody gets thoroughly patted down before entry. Well, except for me. I guess I look to old to be a threat. LOL. The upside to this club is that dances are only $5. 00. The downside is that they are air dances. Peaches is your typical ATL "rap video" club. Young dudes "making it rain" while dancers shake their asses on stage. Cover is $15. I don't know about VIP potentialities. Didn't ask. I got a couple air dances and left.
Goosebumps 1/16/15 and 1/17/15.
Goosebumps used to be my favorite spot, especially since back in the day, business had me staying at the Marriott Marquis most of the time (I. E. Easy OTC access). On Friday, the place was DEAD by midnight. By 1:00 am, girls were rolling out the door. However, my chocolate fetish kept me there waiting for Hershi while she entertained a regular. After about an hour of passing time, I finally got Hershi's attention. Fellas, Hershi is the definition of a "chocolate drop. " Yes, indeed. After introductions, Hershi danced for me. And, well, she is very talented. PM, PM.
On Saturday night I went back to spend more time and money with Hershi. I was met at the door by the ageless Jamaican wonder, Flava. Ole girl was looking good, so I had to sample her at my favorite spot in the back corner by the bar. Flava is a veteran dancer who definitely knows what she is doing!! I spent time being entertained by both ladies, and it was worth every penny.
Also, unlike Friday, Goosebumps was in full flow Saturday night. The crowd is mature, north of 30 years of age, for the most part, and low-risk for drama. All ebony dancers of every size, shape, and flavor. Maybe 50 or so on staff. Table dances are $10 and the songs are relatively long. VIP is $25 for every 15 minutes, then $20 per song for the dancer.... Not the variety of Follies, but then, not the crowded environs of Follies, and everyone has a seat or table.
Flava - 9. 7 (based on looks, performance, and attitude).
Hershi - 9. 6.

Some of them are complete nuts, just like you say. I got involved with a chick from the old gold club. She was a complete nutcase. She harassed me off and on for years, complete psycho. If she was anything like my disaster, I feel for you.
