Don't know whether VIP (at 655 Keeaumoku Street) was open when Blacroix passed by, but it definitely looked open on Wednesday night. The name sign was lighted, the "open" sign was on, the entrance area was lighted, and there was a woman sitting close to the entrance who looked like a provider.
