Sorry guys. Now please don't panic as you may get a phone call, at your home or work
"Of the 38 customers interviewed after investigators identified them and their vehicles through surveillance cameras."
"One man was interviewed in his Pepper Pike law office, the affidavit said."

"BCI placed two remote-controlled cameras on public property where they collected license plate information and descriptions of the people who went in and out of the buildings."
http://www.tribune-chronicle.com/page/content.detail/id/572419/State-raids-spas--video-.html?nav=5021
I was trying to warn everyone that there was this thing that was going to happen.
It may get a little hot for you if you have visited the spas in the last few years or have been a regular at any of the spas. Your best bet is to call a lawyer first and ask if you should talk to the Warren police department and tell them you would rather come in on your own than to have your wife, girlfriend or family member answer the phone or open the door. Or worse, you get a phone call at your place of employment.
Good luck and I pray for you all.
Be careful of the advice you give.
They already have you on video from your previous visits so you are known to them. I would think all the spas would be closed if they had any brains. It's a nice day for a drive so go to Warren and post a report of what is happening or go to Four Seasons in Newton Falls and get a massage. Check out the video posted today about Fantacy Spa on wfmjdotcom.
Happy Mongering.
Four Seasons is now being watched. Just so you know.
Spa owners and customers need to share the blame.
Why didn't the spa owners take a more proactive approach to diffuse the anti-spa movement in Warren?
The spas remained silent while the anti-spa forces organized and executed a plan of attack.
The spas had no public relations with the Warren community and that hurt them.
As for the customers, way too many detailed reviews / reports had been published here, on EMP and the other spa review sites.
Mostly by the same few people who scoffed at the idea that the Warren Spas would ever be shut down.
When the first tickets were issued by the health department in the summer of 2010, it should have given some of you guys a clue to keep things quiet.
There is also no reason for any spa customer to make statements to the BCI about what happens in the spas.
Those guys should have kept their mouths shut.
Of course, it does seem clear that some of the spa customers have turned out to be LE informants and rats.
Going out of business sale?
Lets see Frank I think you must not have read any of the many articles from the local papers on the raids. They have had remote control cameras at 2 spas for a year. My guess would be Sun and Fantacy had that distinction. They have signed affidavits from 38 spa customers and 2 spa workers with one of them being the infamous Sophia, their spa licenses have been suspended and the city is going to court Monday to have them pad locked and boarded for ever. You wanted to make a bet some time ago. Do you want to bet me on what you will find in a month? It's all over Frank, time to move on. Happy Mongering.
Maybe we can get some good deals on spa equipment at the state sale, and it is up to 7 gals last count and climbing, phoenix by dawn, atalanta cost to much, good bye to warren, only an idiot would have taken the city to court about spa hours that does FS what a moron.
Bad advice is not what is needed right now.
You have no obligation to say anything or talk to anyone about anything. This is your right as an American. Any lawyer would tell you to keep your mouth shut.
If they call you or come to your door, tell them to go away. That you have nothing to say.
You forget that they can and will come to your home or call. If your wife answers the door or phone, you had better be prepared to suffer the consequences. Or worse, like the lawyer who had them come to his office.
You can say nothing to uncle leo, and that is your right. What will you say to your family and friends?
This Warren thing is going to take a heavy toll on many's wealth. Divorces will be the result and it will cost tons to those that were using the spas.
Look. The cat is out of the bag. Over 30 men have been singing. They will be looking for more evidence and they will be contacting those who have been at the spas that they can prove were there. They will be looking at credit card billings. They will be looking at phone records. Looking at video surveillance to see who was there. You can say no comment, but cooperating with LEO would be far better than telling them to take a hike.
My advice still stands. If you have been at the spas as a regular, if you have a frequent flyer card with SUN, if you have been at a spa in Warren, then it might be advisable to get some legal advice. Try to limit your exposure as officials are promising that the John's could be prosecuted. Right now there have been no arrests. But you can bet that will change as they are still gathering evidence. You may not have been contacted yet. But you can almost be sure that they will eventually get to you.
They Lacked Sufficient Evidence
How come oriental spa (sunny spa) wasn't raided its the oldest spa in warren and it's downtown. Wonder if tiger Spa will try something. Still have 4 seasons and suzi Kim's for a relaxing therapeutic massage.
Story on tribtodaydotcom has info along with some of the things they found in the spas from the raids. Some things were no surprise like Yungs bag of toys and some ass toys and someones DNA at Fantacy (probably from that VIP room) and a lot of cash. They also found some edible panties at Fuji (possible gift from Frank69?) and 3 bags of condoms at Tokyo. Happy Mongering.
