The soapy massages are about $60 (2000 baht) for everything.
Best place for Thai is to get on a plane and fly here at least once in your life.
In Escondido there's a thai massage place on Valley Parkway that is ok but it'll do for a real Thai fix, there's also a Thai place downtown midway area called islands.

Will be a first time and I can't wait. Looking forward to living like a King for a week or two. To be perfectly honest I'm more worried I'll get there an never want to come back.

But I've struck out in the two Thai shops I've tried. I live in Escondido and stopped frequenting the AMPs there due to their high prices and the fact they were busted a few years ago and are now a little too cautious.
But what about Islands in the Midway area you mentioned? Is a HE at least guaranteed there, if not more? I'm a semi-regular with Eva at Z's but would like to try a different spot and Islands sounds like one to consider. Thanks. And a half-thanks haha for your report on the prices and action in Thailand.
