I relocated to SoCal at the top of the year before the world shut down and have been trying to build my roster for a while now. Been in the hobby about a decade so I have a little experience. Bypassing the two step verification (sending mail and then texting with your handle) is considered risky since there have been instances where guys would text with a fake handle to meet girls. You get pretty, uch 5-6 months of mail usage to send the gals message to enquire about dates and hanky panky stuff.
