Yeah, I'm not a computer pro, but I'm never been a fan of apple products. I usually stick to hp and android products. Another thing you can try is bring up the ad on your mac and download the google translate app on your cell and then pick the camera option on bottom right corner of the app and kind of hover over it and then the app will translate it.

Just an observation to share that I drove by the old M (and) y a few days ago and noticed they added some new signage to the front door showing "Orchid 66". Hopefully this is a sign they are re-opening soon! Man I sure miss the likes of Amber, Sarah, Mina, etc. QQ has been a decent option but we really need a few more top tier places to open back up so we have some variety again.
