Others are worth more, to me. Those are the type I tend to see so I have not experienced the entitlement attitude you speak of. Not to say I haven't shopped in the bargain bin from time to time, but I don't care so much as those are what they are and usually a one time thing. Overpaying for bad service is a mistake whatever the reason. But a good provider, that extra 20 to 40 dollars I didn't talk them out of means a lot more to them than it does to me.
